SwitchLegal is a small and innovative law firm located in a 17-century trading house on one of the oldest canals in the heart of Amsterdam. Our office focuses on general legal practice and serves both the business and private market. At SwitchLegal there is an open and informal work environment, where the interests of clients come first.
To support two lawyers, we are looking for an enthusiastic full-time (legal) secretary with a real “hands on mentality”.
The work will consist of answering the telephone, receiving clients, drafting letters, compiling process files, managing the agenda and (archiving) files.
We expect you to have a good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing. English and / or Portuguese is an advantage. We want good knowledge of computer programs such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of WordPress and managing a website is also an advantage. It is also important that you can work accurately, even under pressure. Are you also a team player with a heart for your profession? Then we are looking for you!
